Hatha Yoga Classes

Traditional Hatha Yoga classes are offered throughout the year at Ajatananda Ashram to assist spiritual seekers in harmonizing their bodies and minds through physical postures and breathing techniques. The course is designed to be an integral part of sadhana (spiritual practice and discipline) and more specifically, as preparation for meditation.

Each class involves shavasana (deep relaxation), asana (yogic postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), dhyana (meditation) and a short talk on the Patanjali Yoga-Sutras.

He also completed the Teacher Training Course at the Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari.

Yogi Ram has received Kriya Yoga Diksha from Yogada Satsanga Society, Ranchi. He has been teaching Yoga and meditation in Rishikesh for the last 14 years.
