Opening Ceremony of the Ashram’s New Wing
A Vedic havan ceremony will be performed by the community on the new rooftop of the Ashram followed by a bhandara (festive lunch).

Tapovan Villagers’ Kirtan Programme
The local women kirtan circle will perform traditional devotional chants that have been passed down for centuries in the Himalayan mountains. The programme will be followed by discourses from local community leaders, as the entire village is invited to join. Homemade snacks will then be offered to all in the Ashram garden.

Interreligious Concert
This unique programme will celebrate the oneness of Truth and the unity of all humankind, beyond any differences. Monastics and lay participants from various religious traditions will offer prayers and devotional chants. A light dinner will be served afterwards in the Ashram garden for all attendees.

Interreligious Event & Bhandara
On the final day of this programme, a heartfelt celebration of unity across traditions will honour the Ashram’s vision symbolized by its motto: “Truth is one, paths are many.” Monastics from Rishikesh, spiritual teachers and representatives of various traditions will share some of the deepest insights of their respective paths bringing to light the common essence that connects all. This ceremony will conclude with a bhandara on the Ashram rooftop, where all participants will be warmly invited to gather and share a festive meal.
